Collaboration in Action: Building Teamwork Skills for the Modern Workplace
As part of our 21st Century Workplace Skills programme for young, unemployed Islington residents aged 18-24, this workshop places teamwork at the heart of professional development.
In a dynamic, hands-on session, participants work collaboratively to solve a problem and test a hypothesis, gaining insight into effective communication, creative thinking, and the power of shared responsibility. Through reflection and discussion, they explore the role of teamwork in the workplace and build the skills needed to contribute meaningfully to any professional environment.
